Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox to keep our project files organized and have remote cloud access. Since we are a firm with multiple people, the cloud based storage is the optimal storage for us. We like the way you can recover files and send files to people outside the organization. It is easy to recover files

Dropbox allows for more value and ease of use if you are not using a gmail account. We can give files to people out of the organization easily. The syncing also is great because it is a standalone app from the other platforms we use. I like it more than Google Drive.

We use a lot of different folders to organize our projects. Dropbox allows us to keep those files organized in a way that everyone in our organization has access. It allows us to speed up our workflow so multiple users can be accessing files across the cloud without interfering with the others.
