Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I use Dropbox to share files with my team. We are able to share files that are needed for day to day operations easily without sending them over email. We need to protect certain information so sending this information over email could expose it to hackers.

Pros

  • I like how it syncs files automatically.
  • It's easy to share files among my team.
  • It makes it easier to collaborate with my team members.

Cons

  • I don't love the constant notifications showing what others have put in the Dropbox folders that I don't frequently use.
  • I am able to share a large volume of files with team members across the country.
Dropbox is more widely used with my company.
