Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox to help us stay organized and paperless at the office. We keep all of our files electronically on Dropbox.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Compatible app for iphone
  • Easy to manage
  • It is easier for everyone to search and share documents this way
  • A great place to store job photos
  • A great place to store and file AR reciepts for accounting purposes
Literally everyone at my company can use Dropbox without issues or training - super user friendly!
We have used Box.

It is very similar to Dropbox. I think Dropbox has more extra features.
