Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Dropbox as a "one stop" for our projects. If gives us as a business and the engineers that we work with a central location to put documentation for projects. We can exchange drawings, reports, etc. With that, we only have to look up the client's name and we have full access to everything we need to effectively do our job.

It would be great if we could get a notification when something has been added to one of our clients
Sometimes all of the information that is downloaded is readily available
Not much else to change

Ease of use
Ability to place and have all pertinent information in one location
Increases productivity because I don't have to spend extra time looking for documentation, etc.

The overall idea of being able to store client documentation in one location. Easy to access the information. Ease of use, no hard pathway to access what is needed.

I have used Dropbox with a couple of employers. Ease of downloading the app, ease of use, easy to learn how to use it. I have had good success with Dropbox every time that I have used it.
