Dropbox Review
Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I use Dropbox for photo and file storage and backup. Also for sharing photos with clients and friends.
Sometimes we export photos from Adobe Lightroom straight to Dropbox. This allows the team to access all photos/files from anywhere (this is very helpful, we're able to get photos edited and all together faster), and then we do an upload to our photo gallery sites.

Pros
- Multiple people can access the folder
- Folder management system and hierarchy
- Can save Dropbox locally, making it easier to access folders and files
Cons
- When you copy a share link, I wish there was a way to preview it as the other person will view it. I'm always signed into Dropbox, so I can't double-check/preview the link I'm sending to someone. I like to make sure it will let them download a photo or all photos, and that the folder doesn't have to be added to their Dropbox account.
- Moving/copying files on a browser feels clunky sometimes. Maybe it's the way the files disappear from the folder.
- Don't want to make the other person have Dropbox if they just want to add a photo or save a photo to a shared folder
- has streamlined our photo editing process
- ensures a backup of photos
- been fairly easy for team members to adjust to using
