Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox for all documents regarding treatment plans, training, parent communications, etc. We are a paperless company so we need somewhere to store and organize all documents. We keep all documents there as we need to store the documents for a certain amount of years per government regulation. Dropbox is our solution to this.

Pros

  • Organization
  • Automatic Saving
  • Mac syncing

Cons

  • Too easy for people to delete things
  • Things have randomly disappeared sometimes
  • The search feature searches all folders instead of the ones I've narrowed into
  • Likely a positive ROI due not needing to print as much

Overall I would recommend this product to another company. I don't know how else we would be able to safely store documentation for several years. Dropbox makes paperless companies feasible.
