Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
It's wonderful to have a product that allows you to access your files from anywhere, on any platform.
We use Dropbox to access client files while on the road, even very old client files, to review scanned information and share with others. Sometimes it's sharing with colleagues, sometimes it is with former clients.
Being able to look up information and provide it to vendors or other people we interact with is extremely helpful.

Being able to look up information and provide it to vendors or other people we interact with is extremely helpful.
Pros
- Syncing across platforms instantly
- Allowing sharing or access to folders or individual files
- Providing seamless access without downtime.
Cons
- Sometimes sync doesn't work - if a file is scanned and appears in the shared dropbox folder it should show up elsewhere without delay.
- Sometimes logins are required for mysterious reasons
- Higher security and encryption is definitely something all data access companies need to improve.
- Answering questions based upon sometimes very old files is helpful.
Dropbox is more intuitive and easier to use than Carbonite.
