Needs a revamp for audio work

I am an audio professional. I share playlists with many clients who do not normally need a file sharing app. When they get a folder from Dropbox many of them are confused about the way they interact with the app and think they need a subscription. This injects frustration and confusion into an otherwise smooth customer interaction. It reflects badly on me and how I value my clients' experiences. Another point is that Dropbox doesn't handle audio well at all. Misleading graphics, lossy streaming, lack of playlist options (which would need to be gapless to be useful) all have led me to subscribe to a second service and to consider dropping Dropbox in the near future.
