Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Since we work with large files as a brand service agency, I use it to store all of my working files to free up space on my hard drive. I also share files with contractors who work on project with me, and use the file transfer freature to send finished projects to clients.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Use of the app with macintosh is seamless and easy
Transfer of files to my clients is simple and effective
Love the back up system and ease of recuperation past work
The amount of space that is available to store files is great

Cons

If I want to share a file with a client, I can't do so from my mac finder if it is in Dropbox. It'll say that there's an issue. Once I drag the files to my desktop, it works from there.

It's very easy to use. I have been using it for years and have no problems navigating the platform

I love how easy it is to transfer files from my computer to Dropbox with the desktop integration but I am wary of sharing files with people because they coudl delete them without realizing that once they are out of Dropbox, I can't access them
