Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Being able to share files and folders throughout our organization is incredibly useful. Not only do we share among ourselves, it allows us to access valuable files on all our devices. I also use it for all my personal data as well as organizations I belong to. Having my information available 24/7 is extremely useful and valuable. I have ignored other such online databases like Microsoft One as they just don’t offer the same dependability and ease of use as Dropbox.

Pros

  • Maintains my information and data without fail. I don’t worry about backup because Dropbox has it.
  • File sharing works particularly well, better than it’s competitors.
  • Both online and offline use of Dropbox makes my life easier and less complicated.

Cons

  • For my purposes, Dropbox satisfies all my needs. No specific need for improvement.
  • Being able to share on Dropbox eliminates the use of unnecessary paper documents, the need to walk from one office to another to share information is a huge savings in time and cost.
I have tried a few other products over the years and once I found Dropbox, I was hooked. At first, I thought the price was a bit high, but after only a few months use, I found it to be very affordable and infinitely useful. I think Dropbox is the best product on the market.

My life’s story and information is all on Dropbox. Personal data, work data, social organization data, etc. I depend on Dropbox for nearly all my needs and specifically, the fact it is online and always available removes the dependency of having the information on only one device. It removes the worry of a device failure, such as a hard drive crash. I trust Dropbox to keep my information safe and secure.
