Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I'm a tour manager, so I use the app to share assets for shows across multiple parties. It makes sharing/storing media much easier. Especially for larger files, for example a video for a festival show. It eliminates the use for sharing portable hard drive day of shows. Content from the show itself is also much easier to share from photos to videos. It can streamline my job to share all this content with large groups of people.

- Uploading on iPhone without using the app. The built in IOS feature.
- The web based interface could be smoother. Reorganizing/renaming files.
- Cheaper. It's too expensive for the service provided.
- I'm a freelancer it's hard to quantify.
iCloud makes it very difficult to share files with outside parties. Dropbox is much better in that regard. Also easier to upload. iCloud is clunky with their cloud storage.
