Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Vital documents that I may need to use at home, from my phone, and share with my boss are on Dropbox. I use very regular on my phone. We use for real estate. Save lease forms, rental correspondence, etc that is sent to new guests.

Pros

  • Save Documents
  • Share Folders
  • Easy reverence from multiple devices

Cons

  • Some difficulty sharing folder because I don't do often
  • Wish I could save changes on both Dropbox and a desktop version and changes hit both
  • Dropbox is a life saver because I do not have to print out so much paper updating documents for my boss.
For the most part Dropbox is very easy to use. Only had trouble figuring how to do some things.

When you need passwords and not in the office.
When you need info to be shared with multiple in the office and updated on regular basis.
