Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Dropbox Business has been used with my company to share assets for multiple brands of ours both in house and third parties. A lot of third parties share their information to our in house team which makes it very easy to access and download even though they are in different countries and different time zones. It is very easy to use and very accessible.

The only thing ROI that we use for DropBox business is downloading our brands monthly ROI reports from another application in the system. However, they are very easily accessible and easy to download.

Alternatives Considered

Libris

Compared to Libris, Dropbox Business is preferred. With Dropbox Business it is easier to share certain folders with certain people with the alternative of tagging each file like Libris. Dropbox Business is also a lot easier to navigate and see what type of file you are downloading. I strongly recommend Dropbox Business.

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator CC, Google Analytics

Likelihood to Recommend

Dropbox Business is well suited for companies that have a lot of large files in different formats because it allows 2TB. Once you share folders with others you never know how many files they are putting in as well, but I have never had to worry about space with Dropbox Business.
