Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Business

I am a solopreneur that collaborates frequently with others. In the process of collaboration, I frequently must exchange documents and other files and have those files be available for editing by others.
  • As one who produces podcasts, I routinely save my recordings to Dropbox. Unlike some of its competitors, Dropbox has an audio player that I can use to listen to the raw podcast prior to editing.
  • As a trainer, I've posted training scripts I've created and invited my collaborators to weigh in and make changes.
  • As a writer, I've frequently uploaded drafts on Dropbox and allowed others to edit or respond to them.
  • It could allow the ability to search within particular files, as opposed to needing to search by title only.
  • Dropbox has a feature called "Paper." I suppose it's useful, but I'd like a better understanding of its utility.
  • The product has a net positive ROI for me as I no longer need to search for a way to share files in a central, virtual place.
Dropbox is simpler to use than all the other alternatives I've tried, such as Box, Google Drive, SpiderOak or OneDrive. Box is rather cumbersome and doesn't sync as easily; OneDrive has more storage limits, and Google Drive seems to prefer to translate files into its proprietary formats. The major advantage of Dropbox over all of these is its simplicity.
Dropbox is useful for anyone engaged in the process of collaboration, particularly involving documents.
