Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox for Business
We're using Dropbox for sharing across the organization. It keeps our documents centralized. Design documents, official business assets, and logos, are housed there. Occasionally larger files are transmitted to entities outside the company.
Pros
- Tight Integration with OS X.
- Excellent UX/UI.
- Simple setup.
Cons
- File preview would be nice.
- Solves the centralized document storage problem nicely.
- Easy implementation saves time and training costs.
- Google Drive and Box
The ease of implementation with Dropbox was the winning factor. No need for alternate email addresses to sign up. No convoluted ramp up process.
