Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Paper
Dropbox paper is used to create documents with multiple types of content in one place, on which our team can collaborate & present. For example, when working on brainstorming ideas for our innovative products or solutions all team members bring research materials & ideas in one place, on Paper, and work on them collaboratively.
- Integrate & embed multiple media types, for example, youtube links, Spotify, dropbox content or Vimeo & many others.
- For collaboration, the pointers with names showing who is working on the doc amongst your team or names written against the content created by different team members are super useful.
- It's simply easy to use with quick access to available tools & page continuity makes it a lightweight and useful tool.
- Its presentation capabilities can definitely be improved, including how page-by-page presentation is to be done & how aspect ratios are maintained for different resolutions.
- More flexibility in text editing would be a great addition to the text editing functionality, for example, additional fonts would be a nice thing to have.
- Introducing additional to-do list software capabilities or task management functionality would enhance the software greatly as well.
- Content creation & keeping track of the important materials used in the content by bringing everything together in one place.
- Sharing content, collaborating & collecting inputs of multiple people with clear transparency into the contributor or contributed content.
- Easy access from anywhere and anytime to anything that's created and managed on Paper is one of the core advantages.
- The biggest contribution is the time saved and indirectly, the finances saved due to the efficiency of the content creation and management process.
- Building high-quality products by performing better collaboration on the research done, and discussed, definitely impacts the investment done on the product.
- Saving cost on the data storage of Paper content is another benefit as this content is not part of the data storage quota.
Paper is a good option for those people looking for a lightweight content creation & collaboration tool & especially if you are already using dropbox. However, all the capabilities that Paper has are not so powerful in-depth of flexibility & range of functionality, for example, for to-do lists or task management there are many other better options out there.
