Sticking with Dropbox Sign - easy to learn and easy to use.
Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign
We were long-time users of HelloSign, and we have continued to use it after the Dropbox Acquisition. We use it primarily for project and support agreements - we use it heavily at the end of the year and then as needed throughout the rest of the year. It allows us to easily complete the signing/countersigning process and keep detailed records of our agreements.
Pros
- Organizes documents & signatures.
- Allows for the creation of document templates to reduce the time we spend on creating agreements.
Cons
- the click-and-drag interface when setting up a new document or template "remembers" field settings during the course of setup, and I don't find that helpful.
- It's allowed us to spend less time going back and forth over email or waiting on mailed documents.
We've been using HelloSign for so long that we are sticking with Dropbox Sign. I find Adobe's proprietary nonsense to be frustrating and annoying; I'm happy with Dropbox as a company and don't want to learn a new tool.
