Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We use it to send out our purchase contract to prentice clients. We have 5 people constantly getting clients under a contract, and we are all virtual, so it is very useful to have a system where we can share contracts and pictures across the same platform. I am the only person sending those contracts, but I still need to make sure the whole team has the updated information across the board, not to mention our potential clients. I have used other platforms, and the difference is the ability to sync our account with another useful tool we use in Dropbox.
  • Keeping everyone up to date when a contract is out.
  • Synching with drop box in particular.
  • It is able to work across any virtual workplace.
  • Ability to sync with other signature capturing programs e.i. DocuSign.
  • Time saving is the biggest one
  • No more printing out paper contracts.
  • Integrate all our sales people.
There was no need to have any special training needed besides the basics like using any other platform.
I think if I were more thy, I could have done all the integrations myself, and I don’t see how much more user friendly they can get.
Again because its ability to easily integrate with Dropbox more than anything it's all in one space as opposed to using DocuSign and having to find other means to make sure all susurros are in place. That, along with having everyone on the same page when it came to sharing files and executed contracts.

We needed a contract executed, signed, and downloaded once it was executed. All this was able to be done across the board with the ability to copy and CC all the parties that needed to be notified. All the work is like a well-oiled machine when it’s able to be done in a specific order, and all its users are informed of each action. A lesser appropriate scenario would be when another user wanted us to use his platform, and to my knowledge, there is no other platform, even its top competitors, that allows a function where both systems can integrate. For example, someone wants us to use DocuSign, and we are strictly using Hellosign.
