Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

Dropbox was easy to use for my clients for e-signatures and follow up. It was a semi-weekly use for me.

  • Documents retrievable anytime
  • Ease of use
  • Help buttons for the more complicated steps
  • Sped up the e-signed document needs saving days
  • Ease of use in verifying that e-signatures are legitimate is crucial
  • Ability to retrieve signed docs anytime is excellent.
Very easy to use and cost for sign up is good. A few free a month is a good start for new people.
I am not sure as I did not use this function very much. I assume it is easy to set up for most people.
Dropbox seemed easier to use and cheaper than the others. It was just as functional.

Great for business use for e-signatures on follow up loan documents, secure website for client's security, okay for less sophisticated users, but could be simpler for older or less tech savvy clients. I had to re-send and call to re-assure some people it was okay to use.
