Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

Dropbox Sign is a tightly integrated solution into the PageUp platform, enabling customers to easily generate documents during the recruiting process which include eSignature requests. This enables our clients to get offers of employment and contracts to candidates rapidly whilst providing a simple eSignature flow to receive completed documents instantly. They've been a great partner for PageUp and our customers.

  • Good support
  • If anything the customer purchasing process for our clients could be a little more efficient
  • Customers have a faster contract turn around from when they relied on in person physical signing processes
  • Improved piece of mind with signed agreements automatically captured in their ATS
The way the product has been embedded means that the user flow is straight forward and simple for users to generate the agreements and received signed copies back into the product rapidly.
Whilst highly configurable, making use of all API features as they evolve does require additional ongoing product investment which needs to be prioritised versus other product enhancements
