Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud
We use Druva Data Resiliency Cloud (Druva Phoenix and inSync) for all of our server and end point backups. We use both File/SQL backups on our servers as well as full VM replications. We also have Druva Phoenix linked to our AWS account and have DRaaS setup in case of an on-site disaster. We also have all 450 of our company laptops backed up with inSync. Both products have worked really well for us over the past 8 years.
- Weekly email reports showing successful backups as well as any alerts
- Easy to navigate portal to view all servers and endpoints
- Great account reps that check in with you regularly to make sure everything is going well
- Would like to have the ability to backup Active Directory directly
- Cost savings on on-site backup hardware and storage
- Time savings to administer all backups and restores
We also use the Salesforce backup integration, for about 2 years now. It's worked well and haven't had any issues. We're able to restore data when we need it.
Both products had good reviews and nice features. For us, Druva Data Resiliency Cloud looked like a more comprehensive solution and the pricing was better. We've been using it for 8 years now and it's been working great.
