Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud

We initially contracted Druva for device backups. Once that was implemented and successful we moved to backup our cloud apps i.e M365 backups with Druva. We also did add ransomware features and additional storage with them.As of today we have created multiple instance of Druva to manage our multiple departments. This division helps us address billing concerns and budget issues well

  • PST file restores when it comes to End point backups
  • Possibility of Unlimited storage
  • Certain folders in Recovery items are not backed up
  • INtital there was cost savings however we now see competitors providing free storage for M365
  • The dashboard has been easy to use . Saved time and effort
  • The Customer Success manager program is very helpful. Especially in the long run
They do everything that they advertise. Their market reputation and experience for us has been top notch. In some cases while they are more expensive than their competitor they also provide a better support for issues and CSMs to assist on a daily basis.The product is scalable and when we went above our storage they accommodate that until we purchase more.
Druva was the first backup and restore company that we ever worked with. Prior to this we always backed up data on local on premise storage. This led to a lot of attacks and corruption of data. Our experience with them right from Sales to implementation to Post sales support has been great. However we do see competitors in the market now providing unlimited storage for cloud apps which might cause us to re evaluate.

As of today we haven't had any major ransomware attack or issues where Druva has stepped in to help us. However on the day to day basis we see that the backups are going on smoothly and whenever we have tried the restore that hasn't caused any issues either. In the Device backups we did realise that PSt files restore sometimes takes longer to restore. However we moved our emails to the Cloud app backups and that issue seems to be resolved
