Overall Satisfaction with Dynamic Yield

We use dynamic yield to support the marketing initiatives of our client, by focussing on campaigns to target on repeat users, etc
  • Supporting analytics are comprehensive.
  • Platform's UI is intuitive and easy to use/navigate.
  • I like the ability to create templates for experiences that could be used more than once with variable support for changing data definitions.
  • Better capabilities of user tracking in email campaign integrations for those campaigns that are not necessarily product-focused.
The DY platform has much better analytics and expansion capabilities - Facebook is very blackboxed.
We've had excellent results working with the customer reps and tech support.

Dynamic Yield is very strong for targeted marketing and recommendations. It could also be a very strong tool for temporary additions to websites without having to change site architecture.
