Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
We are integrating Dynatrace with Red Hat PAAS platform to bring in a solution of effective app monitoring and the capability of automation using various orchestration tools to move Shift Left or Shift Right.
- The KPIs captured by Dynatrace for a host or even for a node which is hosting the on-perm cloud is very effective.
- The deployment is fairly simplified and it is easily deployable.
- Difficult to implement a hosted solution. One-agent updates sometimes fail and then it requires manual intervention.
- As of now we are in the process of building a complete monitoring solution with Dynatrace and hence can't comment much on ROI.
Automation of app discovery, instrumentation, baselining. Detection of micro services and containers as they spun up with no addiotnal configuration. Simpler GUI.
