Overall Satisfaction with eTrigue DemandCenter

We rely on eTrigue for all marketing automation across our company. Tracking prospect activity, landing pages, forms, lead scoring, email templates, lead alerts to sales team, both for known and anonymous visitors. We use eTrigue to track our webinars, nurturing content, and inquiries, and send alerts to individuals in our sales team. We are able to then sync with Salesforce.com professional version, without needing the API from Salesforce.com. We run about two campaigns per month, and have six active nurturing campaigns based on prospect activity. All of this is handled by one person for campaign setup, reporting, email and landing pages. For copy, another team member is able to easily edit templates we created, then test proofs with the rest of our group.

  • Anonymous tracking is very accurate, and transfers activities to known visitors when they are identified.
  • Real time tracking and linking in to Saleforce took only 10 minutes to configure.

eTrigue is far better than other marketing systems we have used because of the drag-n-drop, advanced search, ability to launch campaigns when all assets are not ready, and THE BEST SUPPORT I HAVE EVER USED. We tried Marketo and Pardot, then tested Act-on. With the other products we were charged for support, had to wait days for answers, or could only get email and forum based support which seemed very generic. At eTrigue they will check your campaign, and not charge you. They will even call you to confirm you don't have questions. It is very comforting to know they care that we are successful.
We have tried other systems and eTrigue is the easiest to use, easiest to train new people on, and most responsive support team we have ever experienced. They ask our input on new features they are developing, and have implemented some of our suggestions in their product rollouts. We get new features almost every month. We get live support without any cost, and they return our phone calls within an hour every time. They treat us like a true partner.
eTrigue is perfect for anyone who can drag and drop to build a campaign. Our interns build nurturing flows on their first day at our company. I recommend eTrigue Demand Center to anyone who needs to be able to launch simple or complex campaigns quickly and doesn't want to waste weeks or months sitting in training. With other programs we had to complete all of our assets before we could start our program. eTrigue lets us build our campaign and start with only a single asset, then add other emails, landing pages and asset steps as we complete them. It automatically knows when we have completed them. eTrigue is easy to use, and especially easy to change your campaign mid stream.

Would not change our process. We are very happy with eTrigue and their team. They are very responsive.

eTrigue DemandCenter Implementation

You will need to think about which users you want to have each role, and the features allowed in each role. You should watch the training videos before you get live training. It saved us several hours as they had already answered 90% of our questions.

No - They don't charge for premium support. They will answer calls, review our campaigns, and escalate if the question is custom to our programs.
Yes - The problem ended up being our own browser issue with popups. Once they showed us, we resolved in 2 minutes.
Our initial list in Salesforce.com had many duplicates. The eTrigue team helped us clean the duplicates when they imported the data in to eTrigue Demand Center. Then they matched the records in Salesforce.com, and merged the duplicates that we had. They kept all the history in the same place, and saved us weeks of work. This was our issue, and they solved it for us.

Using eTrigue DemandCenter

Having used Marketo, Act-On, and Pardot, eTrigue is MUCH easier to use and easier to train new team members to use.
