Overall Satisfaction with eTrigue DemandCenter
eTrigue has been great for us. We use eTrigue's Demand Center for helping to see where prospects come from and then identify them. Since it is marketing automation, we can also trigger outbound messages in response to activity on our site. Using eTrigue we are able to respond quickly and connect with both current and potential customers.
Pros
- Real time alerts when customers and/or prospects land on our web site.
- Ease of use, the dashboard is clear and intuitive.
- We can trigger outbound messages in response to activity on our site.
- New users pick it up quickly. Must easier than Act-On which we used in the past.
Cons
- There are a lot of reports and lead alerts available. I am not sure if I really need all of them. It helps to filter out to keep only the most important alerts.
- Just knowing what is happening on our site. The knowledge is power.
- Real time lead follow up gives us a much better contact success rate.
- The reporting function allows me to see where people are coming from to know which partners are most important to the growth of our business.
Ease of use is unparalleled. Marketo is very challenging, too much training required. The integration with WebX or Go To Webinar is 30 pages long. We integrated WebEx with eTrigue in 5 minutes.
Act-On is limited because campaigns must be based on a list. Very inflexible.
eTrigue allows me to build the campaign in real time and adjust on the fly. You do not have to have all the assets built before starting the campaign.
