Overall Satisfaction with eTrigue DemandCenter
One of the best features is the response campaign that we use after a form is filled out on our site. The right sales rep is notified when it's a request for a demo or a quote, and they get the history along with all of the person's information. If they visit again, the sales rep is notified again of the visit. The customer is also sent a series of messages directly from the sales rep.
Pros
- The lead alerts are outstanding.
- The first page of the application has charts of what's occurring in our system, and we can click on them to get lists of the actual web visitors.
Cons
- It takes us time to set up an email campaign because you have to choose from many options.
- Our sales reps respond to every request and we don't miss any more opportunities.
None except for salesforce.
