Overall Satisfaction with Eventbrite

Eventbrite is used by the whole organization, but mostly by the program department for orientations, registrations, and to create events. In this way, it is also used by our administration personnel. Eventbrite is used to track RSVPs for smaller, non-gala events, including ad-hoc meet-ups and similar, less formal events.
  • Registration
  • RSVP tracking/ease of response
  • Limited beyond RSVP or Ticket functions - they could grow a lot by going into more event functionalities.
  • Positive response uptick for RSVPs, especially from students and parents
We use Eventbrite for everyday activities because it is simply easier to set up an event and send the invitation to a group of people. OneCause and many other platforms like it are very useful but require much more time to build out an event infrastructure. Again, if going for simplicity in RSVPs, ticketing, and registration, Eventbrite is the best in the business.

Did implementation of Eventbrite go as expected?

Would you buy Eventbrite again?

Yes

Eventbrite is well suited to creating easy-to-respond-to ticketing/registration for events. If you want to spend little time on creating the registration and most of your time on the event itself, Eventbrite is for you. If you're looking for something heftier for your event - perhaps something that includes the ability to make donations, do auctions during the event itself. You'll need to look to something like OneCause, 501Auction, or GiveLively.
