Overall Satisfaction with Eventbrite
We use Eventbrite for various events--some that are free and others that are paid registrations or tickets. This is primarily housed within the marketing department and gives us an easy and customizable way to manage events. Eventbrite allows us to have an easy way to have folks sign up for events and then track attendance!
- Various ticket offers in the platform so we aren't confined to just one type of ticket
- Free events are super helpful for us on the platform for our cultivation events
- The pricing is great for nonprofits!
- Better customization for landing pages for the events would be really helpful
- We wish they would make more options free for nonprofits
- Their integration with Salesforce could be improved

Eventbrite is really the best in the business for events! We do use other software for some of our events but in comparison, Eventbrite is the best and so many people are already familiar with it because of their brand recognition.
