Overall Satisfaction with Eventbrite

We use EventBrite for selling our ticketed events. The platform is really useful as we have large events that require multiple ticket options and this platform enables us to do that successfully and also enables our customer base to have a single destination to make multiple purchases to the event.

Pros

  • ease of use
  • looks great to our customers

Cons

  • I have had really good interactions with the website
  • I personally haven't found any issues with my individual use so far
  • we found that this gave us valuable data for our event and also how we plan future events
  • we could you also the data and analytics to get better insight
  • we saw an increase in multiple sales with how the platform allowed customers to interact
I personally found setting up and using the system very user friendly and then also to look for data and reports.
It has a great amount of options and presents data in a really good way
I haven't evaluated any competitors similar to EventBrite

Eventbrite is well suited to anyone that is putting on any type of event that you want to record numbers through ticket sales. Even if the tickets are free or have a cost. It allows a centralised platform for you to be able to analyse the data gathered and also track your event. It also plays into where you would market and project manage your event
