Overall Satisfaction with Evernote

  • Very well organized UX and really nice UI
  • Works well to incorporate notes into a fast-paced schedule
  • Allows access to information across devices

The team at Evernote really know their stuff. I tried out a number of different systems and found this one to be the easiest and fastest to use. I was finding that I needed my information available on mobile, desktop, and tablet and this was by far the easiest.

One of my favorite apps. Evernote has really helped me organize and manage loads of information that in the past has been overwhelming and difficult to wrangle.

I have not used customer support and have found plenty of documentation online and on their site to answer any questions.
No - I did not have immediate demand for premium, but would definitely consider it if I needed it.
