Overall Satisfaction with Evernote

Evernote is used to collaborate, help track our ideas on the go, and to sync to our computers. Currently, Evernote is being used by the department. The problems Evernote address is when we are remote and don't have the ability to pull out a pen or paper. Since Evernote is on our phones and we take our phones everywhere, we are constantly using it.
  • Glitch-Free. Since I've started using Evernote, I have not had one problem with it. It also updates when it needs to. I don't have keep pressing buttons or look through menus for an endless amount of time.
  • Fast. The fact that the speed is phenomenal with both using the application and syncing, you can't go wrong. After I create a note, I always sync and it's usually done so fast, I never have to worry about losing information.
  • User Interface is straight forward and there are no "hidden" useless learning curves. I'm so impressed with Evernote.
  • The Mastering Evernote feature should be changed to a tutorial and able to be shut off completely.
  • Better Customer Service.
  • Faster Blog Creation.
  • Increased employee efficiency.
Evernote is for anyone who is always on the go or that uses their mobile device all the time. If I don't jot down ideas promptly, I forget. Evernote really solved that problem for me. It's just really nice to have my ideas typed out and synced so I can get to them later.

Using Evernote

One of the biggest factors I love about Evernote is that I can add to a note constantly. There is a one step to open and to save. That's it. The fact that Evernote doesn't require a tutorial at all makes it one of the best options for remote work.
