Overall Satisfaction with Evernote
I utilize Evernote across the entire company. By creating folders for content, Evernote easily keeps information organized and at my fingertips either in the office or on the go. With the installation of Evernote's Web clipper on the desktop, I can easily save an article in a folder to read later and organize it at the same time!
Pros
- Organizing content from applicable articles or notes from a conference.
- Evernote allows me to create a new note with handwritten notations when using a keyboard just doesn't make sense.
- I visit many college campuses every year all over the country, Evernote allows me to take photos of the campus while keeping them organized by location!
Cons
- It used to automatically capture business card information, but no longer has this feature. It's missed.
- Allowing a platform for users to create a CRM system would be awesome!
- Finding your notes and notebooks on the mobile version is a little muddy. Clean up the steps!
- It has positively impacted the immediate access to information.
- It has added value to the company's organization of information.
- It has complimented the need for a resource for capturing photos and details on campus visits.
I've only used Evernote and feel confident in the functionality and performance. I've never had the need to look anywhere else and think Evernote is far more supreme to other options offering similar features. It's worth taking a look at it, weighing it against your business needs and going for a test drive.
