Overall Satisfaction with Everstage

Everstage is the commission calculating tool which we use to have a full check on our monthly incentives payouts. Earlier we have to manually keep a track and calculate the %age slabs. But in Everstage it is automatically gets updated and if any discrepancy is there we can cross check the same. The best part is that we can have a dashboard via which we can have a check on the past months payouts as well. So, yes Everstage has make a life little sorted in calculating our incentives. Also with this we can actually push ourselves to earn more by managing our number of order's and overachieving our targets as well.

Pros

  • Well its is already doing good lets see what it brings in the upcoming updates
  • Real-Time updates on how much more to earn
  • Slightly work on the speed, that will b excellent
  • Well I am much more incentive centric
  • Focused on More closures to earn more
  • Keeping a track can positively impact running and upcoming sales cycle
Well in Salesforce it only helps us to check how much target we have completed but not giving a proper picture how much we have earned. Hence a draw back because it is only lead and performance centric. Whereas, Everstage is completely into sales commissioning, which makes a lot of sense for individual sales person to keep a track of his individual incentives and performance respectively.

Everstage is well suited for the businesses where Sales team is there and calculation and rectification of incentives are there. Furthermore, in my personal experience Everstage is well suited when tracking of incentives and payout is there. Also to me its been suited since the day I'm using it to keep my personal track of the incentives records. So, yes its a good software to have for sales people.
