Overall Satisfaction with Everstage

We use Everstage to calculate, forecast and analyse incentive payout. The main advantage of Everstage is the seamless tracking of incentives for me and my team. It also helps provide a detailed report on the sales clocked and the respective selling prices. For a long time we have struggled to manually update and track our performance system and everstage has made it just very easy to follow.

WebEngage is something I have come across and had colleagues use it as welll. It does not accurately consider the refunds that comes in, and does not predict the exact payout. Any changes that need to be done on the application has to be done directly by the administrator and the UI/UX compared to Everstage is poor.

Everstage is a good tool to be used in Sales/Marketing, wherever there is an incentive based workforce aiming to achieve/overachieve targets. Ideally, the tool predicts incentives accurately, as well as helps forecast sales and pipelines effectively. One use of everstage I particularly loved was that you can also track your incentives historically, i.e, monthly, weekly, etc.
