Overall Satisfaction with Everstage

We use Everstage for our sales team. It has helped us in eliminating g-sheets for calculating commissions for the team. It eliminates all the manual efforts and saves time. Just create a workflow and you are good to go!

Pros

  • Amazing integration with Salesforce
  • Awesome Visualisation of Commission Nos.
  • It's a no code platform that is super easy to use

Cons

  • Handling complex commissions calculations as it may requires some workarounds.
  • Notifications can sometimes be hard to prioritise for the users and they miss some important notifications.
  • Mobile app has limited feature accessibility as it does not have the flexibility of detailed reporting.
  • Positive:It has helped us reduce the manual commission calculation, allowing finance and operations team to focus more on strategic initiatives.
  • Negative: The team had to invest huge amount of time in onboarding the platform and understand it's full potential. It also has some limitation in complex commission plans.
Our sales team is 100% onboarded and have actively explored the platform. The visualisation and filters to play around is top notch empowering the team to explore data effortlessly.
None. We were using Everstage in our previous organisation and hence did not evaluate any other tool for processing commision.
