Overall Satisfaction with EverString

We made the decision to purchase EverString after allowing our contract with ZoomInfo to lapse and needing a solution to help find which companies to target. I like their algorithmic approach to reading "signals" on the sites of companies similar to our current customer base and their addition of contact data was able to mostly meet our contact info needs. On top of that, their customer support is excellent and my sales guy continues to be extremely helpful and responsive more than 6 months after the sale.
  • EverString sources company info extremely well and provides a scoring method that ranks how well they compare to whatever list you're asking it to compare to.
  • Cost effective.
  • Easy to start small and grow as demand requires.
  • The biggest thing would be the lack of non-US-based companies. I hear that is coming soon, however.
  • Their contact database could use more direct dials.
Yes they are able to use it - not much training was required as it's fairly intuitive and there's a plugin into SFDC.
They've helped us identify which companies to go after - that's a fairly important part of ABM.
Our guys have been more productive because they've been able to focus on the right companies.
We've been able to add more than $1MM to the pipeline since getting EverString.
EverString is a more cost-effective tool than ZoomInfo for the contacts portion, and I don't think ZoomInfo has the account-identifying capabilities of EverString.
EverString is probably most helpful for B2B SaaS companies.
