Overall Satisfaction with EverString

EverString is being used primarily by our Marketing team, to support the Sales team with account selection across various GTM tiers. Historically, accounts were selected without much objective rationale, and as we move towards a more informed and data-driven approach, we recognized the need to on-board a tool to help with account selection.

Pros

  • Intuitive interface.
  • Available data points (including technographics).
  • Integration with Bombora.
  • Onboarding process.

Cons

  • Lack of clarity in the sales process - was positioned as a Zoom alternative, which it's not.
  • Size of data pool - again, compared to Zoom during sales process, but it doesn't appear that the coverage is the same across companies.
The ease of use and simplicity of the solution have made it easy for our teams to access the data they require. The ability to set quotes/limits on a per-use basis also allow us to regulate the usage across the team, which is important given the credit-based pricing structure. Our team has not made any complaints about using the product to date.
While we are still too early to have closed any deals based on account selection made with the product, based on the data we've seen so far I'm confident that the results are relevant within our target market. We are interested to see the effectiveness of the scoring model, but again, it is too early to make any conclusions.
Many ABM platforms have similar capabilities - we selected EverString predominantly due to the price advantages of going with an individual solution prior to investing in the entire ABM platform, which would have been much more expensive. We have seem demos of all, and EverString fits our needs well (early stage ABM strategy development).
EverString is well-suited for prioritizing accounts, especially across the medium to large-size business segments. The tool is easy to use, making adoption straightforward. Their on-boarding video and process is also very easy to follow. We have yet to come across a scenario where EverString did not live up to expectations.
