Overall Satisfaction with EverString
We are using EverString as a way to find companies that would be a good fit for our product based on the features that company has. For example, right now we are looking for companies that use specifically Community Clouds. It is only our department that uses EverString.
- The intent is very spot on with EverString.
- The list of the companies is very broad, from all types of industries.
- Targeted customers.
- What the numbers mean are not entirely understandable in the intent part.
- We have contacted some clients who were supposed to be using Community Clouds and they were not using it in reality.
We did one basic training and then our supervisor is the one who did all the rest, the parts that I have to use from EverString are very simple and not much training needed.
It is pretty good, the only issue we had so far is that some companies say they do not have the cloud that they are supposed to have according to EverString.
We have just started using EverString, so far nothing has come up.
We have had more people to contact, but none has been very successful, they are still in stage 0.
