Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction
We use EveryAction as our mass digital marketing CRM and are in the process of migrating our high-touch fundraising and direct mail programs over as well (from Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge NXT). Primary uses case currently are donation processing, outbound email and SMS, non-public events, and lead generation. We are integrating EveryAction with Shopify (eCommerce), Eventbrite (public events), and a learning management system.

We're up ~20% YoY, and coming off our best ever for digital fundraising within ~3 months of implementing the tool. It's not all attributable to EveryAction, but strong signals. Expecting similar increases this year as we integrate more resources into the tool and advance and standardize our uses cases.

By far the best user interface and documentation, wide feature set, and ability to integrate outside of walled gardens. EveryAction is the most usable out-of-the-box tool and extends well into other platforms.
