Overall Satisfaction with ExakTime

ExakTime is used in our business mainly as the app punch clock for our field crews to track times for punch items within larger scopes of work. It has been implemented into our shop tracking as well for tracking of time on individual fabrication items within the company.

The product address the lack of oversight within our field crews daily tasks and eliminates the stack of papers associated with tracking time both in the field and shop.

  • Quick references to previous jobs allows us to utilize the numbers to ensure quotations are accurate and projects are running on time.
Geolocation has greatly improved the overall knowledge of where our field crews are located and ensure that crews are dispatched to the correct location.

Before geolocation there was no way to confirm without interrupting the field crews that everyone was on site and clocked in at the right time.

it has allowed us to confirm when crews are leaving site and hours and lunches are not missed on the tracking.

The ExakTime mobile app is easy to understand and quick to learn for new employees. Set up takes minutes and tracking begins instantly.

Some employees dont like the idea of geotracking but after explaining that its used for punch clock and not tracking there every movement they got on board with the app.
before the ExakTime mobile app everything was done via email or hard copy papers. This app was the first one that company attempted to implement and went off without a hitch. The app was so easy to use there was no need to search the market for another time tracking software.

ExakTime is well suited in the area of app punch clocks for use in the field. The app function eliminates the need for bulky punch clocks and scenarios where hours are cheated and misinterpreted.

ExakTime requires some work around to accommodate individual tasks within the larger grouping related to an individual project.
