Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

Exclaimer allows us to properly manage the company's signatures with ease. While we do administer products, the interface is so friendly that we were able to train our Marketing team on how to use it to promote events within the school. The support staff at Exclaimer are also fantastic. When we have goals that we don't know how to reach, they are very quick to get in contact with us and resolve the case.

Pros

Cons

  • I always find help articles are too separate from what I'm doing, it would be good to see the help articles closely linked to the task I'm doing.
  • The company looks more professional with unified signatures.
  • The organisation's clients are exposed to the organisation's events, improving attendance.
  • Less administrative work for the ICT Department.
Exclaimer's interface is very logical and pleasing. It isn't a product that I hesitate in using, and I always find I can perform the tasks I need to easily. There aren't any confusing terms that standard users might not understand, so it's super helpful when we can pass this off to the Marketing Department to manage the signatures for the school.
While we haven't been using all of these features, we do use the individualised signatures to mark the individual's name and their job title. We also remove the signature for some service emails that feed into ticketing systems, which was very easy to implement and would be hard to do without Exclaimer.
We feel we picked very well with Exclaimer. We decided on Exclaimer as a recommendation for a third party, and we haven't regretted the decision. If we were comparing it to other products on the market, we probably wouldn't know where to start, but that's because Exclaimer serves all of our needs.

Exclaimer is well suited in large organisations, where the organisations events need to be constantly advertised to the wider school community. It's great in applying signatures to a broad range of users but allows you still to be specific on what you want. Being able to set times for your signatures is a great feature, allowing you to make all the configuration decisions in one step. I don't think I'd use Exclaimer for a smaller organisation, as it might be easier for you to manage the signatures yourself.
