Exclaimer is used to control the signatures for our users as the signatures are not visible to them, they can't manipulate or change details which is a great feature of exclaimer, Exclaimer has by far the easiest, most functional GUI for both account and signature creation and advanced features that make it, for us, an easy choice.

  • great time saving for contacting businesses where you have new staff or contractors every day
  • set and forget setup, not need to touch until you want to change or update something
  • consistency accross all devices
completely satisfied with how it works, support is great to deal with as well. you can simultaneously create multiple email signatures and can categorize them in groups, signature implementation is also controlled by security groups which are easy to create and link to your exclaimer portal.
we have different templates based on the departments and locations which are great as you will just add the users to the template and the signatures work effortlessly.
I like how well Exclaimer integrates with Office365 and how easy it is to set up, configure and design signatures that can then be pushed out to your entire Team with a click of a button.

very easy to implement, no specific or technical knowledge required - step by step process to get going. an unlimited number of templates can be created for different requirements, the ability to pull off the details from the AD is great, not have to worry about making signatures for new staff. one downfall to mention is it only syncs once in 24 hours so if you want the signatures to show up or change Immediately you will need to run the sync manually through the exclaimer portal, I believe the sync should run more frequently.
