Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

Our company was looking to implement a consistent email signature across the organization. Our goal was to standardize the signatures and avoid employees from making their own changes. Additionally, we were interested in providing updates to our standard email signature throughout the year with marketing messaging.

The only challenge I encountered with implementing Exclaimer was my company's subscription level with Google Workplace. Since our company's subscription was only at the base level, we were not able to take advantage of the full functionality of Exclaimer.
Yes, Exclaimer's customization of various email signatures is exactly what we were looking for.
We tried out Gimm.io for creating standardized email signatures. While the gimm.io platform was great, it was only able to create the email signatures and not actually integrate into our email platform directly.

Exclaimer is a great solution for a company with 10+ employees. With less than 10 employees, it's probably more economical to change signatures manually.
