Agora is a cyber school with over 700 remote staff that comprise teachers in the k-12 space. The continuity of branding was problematic as teachers seem to love to make their own version of the school's identity in their very colorful signatures. we issued templates but even those became filled with modifications that we wanted to control. For example, random signatures showed headshots, some had avatars, and some just the template we issued. No control, and as a remote organization- impossible to really control. Our CEO was not happy.

Exclaimer's back-end interface is more controlled and while easier to use, has more design features.
