Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
We use Exclaimer for Cloud to easily apply signatures to all of our employees, from any device. Using this solution we can easily standardize a professional signature and brand on email signatures. In addition, we also add current promotions and offers easily by delegating permissions to modify the signatures to our marketing department.
- Standardize professional looking email signatures.
- Easy implementation of the service.
- Delegation of permissions for other departments.
- Lots of standard templates to customize your own brand.
- Support, while it isn't used very often can be a little slow to respond.
- Have manual steps to customize which user groups are forwarded to the cloud service.
- Notification when the signature synchronization service fails.
- Simplicity with onboarding.
- "Set and forget".
- Data stays in the country the service was signed up for.
We haven't used this feature yet, but we see the potential for it and are happy to have it as an option.
While Exclaimer is the most expensive, you pay for better compliance, easier experience to set up and configure, and better support. While the other two provide most of what Exclaimer has but we found that they were not as easy for our marketing department to use and in one case the data left the country which was disappointing.

Using Exclaimer
120 - We deployed to the entire organization some have delegated rights to access and modify signatures only, others have access to the admin side with licensing and configuration.
3 - Minimal IT skills are required to set up and configure the service. Your marketing department (or whoever manages the look and feel of the signatures) will love you for its easy drag+drop features.
