Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use this to automate all signatures across particular departments and companies that use different domains within a single organization, and it allows us to maintain consistency no matter which application the signature is sent from, whether that be Outlook for Mac, Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the Web or Outlook for Mobile.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Syncs perfectly with Office365.
Multiple fields available for use within the signature template.
Allows duplication of current signature templates.

Cons

Navigation is difficult, especially in the new UI.
Signature fields should be easier to drag and drop.
Should be able to move things around on the signature preview in order to reflect the template.

Return on Investment

Saves time updating signatures manually.
Works from any device.
Easier to use Exclaimer than to code a HTML signature.

Flexibility

Yes, it allows us to set up multiple different signatures for directors, people in specific departments, and also whether they have a user photo or not. We have also used this set of specific signatures on shared mailboxes and configured this so that they are sent at certain times, depending on which department will be covering the mailbox during that time period.
