We use exclaimed as a service that implements the signature of each and every employee, we have certain templates by which we align the user with the appropriate department, and it fetches data from the office 365 admin center like phone no., job title, and email address. One of the best tools to add creative signatures in your email automatically.

  • Add template designed signature to group of people.
  • Very creative option to modify templates.
  • New gui exclaimer cloud is very different from old gui portal.
  • It needs to have some creative fonts.
  • Template design console is very basic.
  • Time saving for support team to add signature for individual user.
  • The end user signature creation task ended, which saved the user time as well as the support person time.

I rated 10 because, in the production environment, it is very accurate with 0 errors, For the last 3 years, I am using this tool with no error, implementation, or modification, and the exclaimer support system is top-notch in the market. Especially when you have a company of multiple departments it is very easy to create a template for all departments and align groups of people to that specific department template.

I rated ten because it is very difficult to give support to each user on creating and adding signature through outlook emails; with the help of exclaimed, it is super easy to setup every user's signature without knowing the end user they don't have to waste any time in doing a signature task, it saves time for both support team and end user.
