Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
As our company grew we ran into the issue of signature's needing to be cohesive through different levels of the organization, as well as more frequent changes (names, titles, departments). Exclaimer gave us a single spot to make any changes we needed to throughout the entire organization. This saved us time, allowed to create multiple similar but tweaked designs for different levels of the organization, as well as different versions of all of our signatures for our varying domains.

We use a set template for each Department, split into two versions. One version has a photographer photo added to it, the other has no photo. We found it easier to stick to one per Department as sometimes different contact information or other details may be required depending on the department.
We have never been concerned about the way that Exclaimer handles our security, we trust the methods that they have put into place.
Exclaimer was the first option we trialed, and we were so pleased with it that we did not look any further. The cost is reasonable, and it does everything we need and more.
