Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
Exclaimer cloud helps us standardize our email signatures with a very clean and professional look. This was previously up to each user to set on their own and there was very little consistency. Exclaimer is able to pull employee information so that it is consistent with our other internal systems.
Pros
- Incorporating and syncing over company data from MS365 is a smooth process.
- The system is very good at ensuring that all company emails are caught and have the proper signature applied.
- Very strong and reliable support that was able to assist with our configuration issues.
Cons
- Their US & UK based servers are separate, we needed to manually transition our account to another when we realized we were based in the wrong region.
- Slight learning curve with the UI that we were able to work through with some time.
- Imported user data is not visible on the Exclaimer end. It's usually very consistent but it would be nice to sometimes confirm what Exclaimer is pulling over, specifically.
- Much less time on the IT front troubleshooting issues with user signatures.
- Much stronger branding when sending external communications.
A couple of our sites use slightly different branding. Creating secondary templates with alternative logos is a very simple process.
There has not been any specifically noticeable benefit with Exclaimer when it comes to security. However I'm sure that having a consistent branded look to our emails will make certain scam attempts a little less likely.
